Sovereign BBQs provide a host of features you would expect in a top quality BBQ; removable plate and fat tray for ease of cleaning, lockable lid for easy carriage, adjustable steam vent in the lid and wind guards on each side of the plate to contain unwanted fat splatter. The BBQ plate is manufactured from 3CR12, a material that provides a superior cooking surface with excellent thermal conductivity and rust resistance. Internal components are quickly and easily removed for efficient cleaning and servicing. Sovereign BBQs combine the rotary piezo ignition and heat control into one simple, user friendly and reliable control system.

All Sovereign BBQs are suitable for use on table tops. For a more permanent installation into an RV, an extensive range of slide out options are available.

Sovereign BBQs are easily detachable for ultimate portability which will allow you to easily take home with you at the end of your day or trip. To have an all rounder and even greater portability, a BBQ stand is available as an optional accessory. This alternative will allow you to use your BBQ anywhere – picnics, balcony entertaining while you are at home for whilst you are travelling in your RV, motor home or camper trailer. The Alpha or Brava BBQ stand is only suitable for use with our Alpha & Bravo Marine BBQ’s.
