Dometic CAL242 – Low profile roof top air conditioner

If you are looking for a low profile roof top air conditioner, then look no further. Dometic Group has released the new Dometic CAL242 and it’s already proving to be very popular.

The new Dometic CAL242 is a reliable and quiet performer. Maintaining a low profile of 248 mm high, and sleek contemporary design which all helps to reduce air flow resistance. It also has narrow external dimensions easily making room for solar panels. The new CAL242 is suitable for motorhomes or caravans up to 6.5 m (external).

There are three variations available which will allow you to enjoy heating and cooling from a single unit.

• CAL242 (ADB): air conditioner with ADB* and reverse cycle
• CAL242 (Ducted): air conditioner with wall control and reverse cycle
• CAL242 (Wall control): air conditioner with ADB*, reverse cycle & wall control

Quality features include directional air outlets at each end with removable and washable intake air filters. Filled with R410A refrigerant ensures that it is eco-friendly and still removes heat efficiently.
