The General Insurance Code of Practice

We have adopted the General Insurance Code of Practice developed by the Insurance Council of Australia. The Code is designed to promote good relations and good insurance practice between insurers, authorised representatives, distributors and consumers.

The Code sets out what we must do when dealing with you. Please phone us on 1800 112 481 if you want more information about the Code.

The Code Governance Committee is an independent body which monitors and enforces the Code and has powers to impose sanctions on Code subscribers for non-compliance.
